Plot (Spoilers Ahead)[]

Part One[]

The episode begins with Olive and Otto at the town library with Mr. Fonts. He shows them a book with his assistant Dustin illustrated on it. He reads the book which happens to affect the real Dustin in real life. He starts off by reading "Dustin was calm, Dustin was cool", and then Dustin fell off of a library stool." in which the real Dustin literally falls off of a library stool. Next, he continues reading and saying "Dustin was filled with shock and appall, then Dustin got trapped in a very big ball." in which the real Dustin literally gets trapped in a very big ball, and Dustin tells him to stop reading the book. Olive fixes the odd problem by writing an end to the book which is "With a stroke of her pen, Olive made Dustin free, and Dustin lived happily ever after.", thus ending Dustin's suffering. However, the lines don't rhyme.

Olive and Otto return to Ms. O's office to hear that something very bad has happened. All the villains in town have found the map for all the tube entrances around town. As we all know, villains are horrible at sharing, so they're having a rock-paper-scissors tournament for who gets the map. Obviously, any villain getting the map would be a disaster. So Olive, who is a prodigy at RPS, has to win it by disguising herself as the one villain who can't go.

Kooky the Clown. Whom Olive is visibly appalled to be going as, but she puts aside her doubts and accepts the mission. Olive, Otto, and Oscar arrive outside the venue in the Ice Cream Surveillance Truck driven by Agent Orson. Oscar gives a camera disguised as a squirt flower and an earpiece so they can communicate. Oscar also possesses a data chart of all the RPS patterns of the villains, so Olive can play the right move when she faces them.

Olive exits the truck in her Kooky the Clown disguise and enters the venue, graciously let in by the bouncer. Olive makes her way past the other villains; entirely undetected by them, all before she runs into an old acquaintance, Odd Todd. Todd is suspicious of "Kooky" since she was supposed to be sick. Otto wants Olive to get out before things got ugly. But luckily, Olive manages to quell her old partner's suspicions by squirting water in his face.

Finally, Odd Todd calls to the other villains that the tournament has begun. The Shapeshifter explains the simple rules of RPS, and Odd Todd signals to the Evil Referee, or Wyatt, who is playing who. In the first round, Olive is up against Fladam. Oscar and Otto speak to Olive about Fladam's certain plays. Fladam threw paper marginally more often than rock or scissors, so in conclusion, Olive should play scissors. She does, and Olive takes round one.

Angered, Fladam threatens to flatten Olive, but the other villains stop him. Odd Todd then forces Olive into a corner, by asking her she make a balloon to cheer up Fladam. Olive can't blow up the balloon at all. She gives Fladam a "sleeping snake," and then hustles out of the ring. Todd questions why Kooky failed with her expert balloons-making skills. Now, Todd's even more suspicious of the out-of-character clown. To be continued...

Part Two[]

In the next part, only eight villains are left in the tourney bracket, with Olive going against Shapeshifter next. Olive asks Otto and Oscar what move Shapeshifter will throw. Before they can answer however, Fladam knocks on the door of the truck thinking it's a real ice cream truck. Otto, Oscar, and Orson disguise themselves as an ice cream salesman, and gives one to Fladam.

Attention back on Olive, the pair tells her that Shapeshifter threw scissors more times than anything else. Olive takes the advice and goes rock. Unfortunately, they end up tying. Shapeshifter is still more likely to throw scissors, so Olive sticks to the plan and throws rock again. Shapeshifter throws scissors, so Olive is the victor.

After beating Symmetric Al in the semifinals, Olive has reached the final round against Odd Todd. Now the map is in reach, but there's a slight problem. Todd has thrown rock, paper, and scissors an equal amount of times, so it's up to luck which one he will go next. Olive and Todd face off. Rock against rock. They go again. Paper against paper. Todd relishes how odd it was to get two ties in a row. Otto gets an idea, and tells Olive to stall. Otto then tells her, Todd threw rock, then paper, and judging by his pattern, he will go scissors next. Olive throws rock, and Todd goes scissors.

Olive is victorious and wins the map back. However, Odd Todd hears Oscar and Otto cheering from Olive's earpiece. Todd rips off Olive's wig and recognizes his old partner. Olive still tries to act that she's not Olive but Todd's not buying it. She makes a run for it, and the other villains chase her. She tries to escape through a nearby door, but it turns out to be Shapeshifter, and the other villains corner Olive.

The situation seems dire, but suddenly, everyone hears an ice cream truck jingle. Even more suddenly, the truck rams through a bricked wall from behind Olive. Otto and Oscar, now armed with the most mighty of weapons, ice cream, overpower the villains with relative ease. Except for Todd, who steals the map from under Olive's nose. Fortunately, the agents have a secret weapon: Orson, who chucks a giant banana split into Odd Todd's face, knocking him out. Olive takes back the map once again, and the episode concludes with the sweet taste of victory.
