The Patternista is a presumed villain. Her single known crime was committed in 1983, when she kidnapped the previous Ms. O. She left a series of clues on VHS tapes. While she appeared to be a villain, it turned out that Oprah and O'Donahue knew her a lot better than they thought they did. Opran did find out it was her boss.
